Field/Exposure Visit to Pre-incubation units

About Event

GUSEC hosted an Field/Exposure Visit to Pre-incubation units program for college students from EDII, Ahmedabad. The program is around building awareness about Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and starting up. Also, to provide an exposure visit to different facilities of Gujarat University & GUSEC and how all of these will the startup enthiusiasts. 

Objective

The objective of the program is to spread knowledge about startups and entrepreneurship among the students, guiding them to pursue startups as a career option by exploring the incubation facilities available on the campus.

Venue: GUSEC, Gujarat University

Activities performed:

In the session, the speaker shared information about startups like what is a startup and how one can pursue startup also what are the facilities required from start to scaling up, to an entrepreneur/startup. The speaker also shares how a startup works along with the facilities available for the students in the campus in the form of incubation centers. 

Outcome:

The outcome of this event is to spread knowledge about entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem and show how Gujarat University is providing support be it tangible or intangible to all the startup enthusiasts.
