Documents and Data needed for the form:

    • Applicant (Personal) Contact Information – Name, Email, Contact Number, Educational Qualification, LinkedIn profile
    • Startup Idea Details – Name, Brief Description, Problem Addressed, Solution, Innovation, USP, Competition, Legality, IPR, Stage, Sector, Team members, Incorporation Number (CIN), Startup India recognition (DPIIT Certificate), Pitch Deck/Presentation with startup details
    • Funds and Numbers – Funds raised, Source of Funding, Amount Raised or Invested, Revenue status, Revenue and Expense projection
    • Incubation Support – Details of previous/present Incubation support (if you have ever gotten funding or incubation support from any other startup incubator)

  • Application Tracker: https://tracking.gusec.edu.in/#/ Use this tracker to check the status of your application
  • Timeline: The scrutiny process is of 30-45 days, if shortlisted you shall receive a communication from team for the interview round
  • Interview: A brief 15 minute interaction with the shortlisted startup founders to know more about the the startup, core team and expectation from GUSEC
  • Reapply: If your application is not selected for further Incubation process, we mention the reasons on why the application did not make it through, the startups can rework on the mentioned points and reapply after 3 months (the new application will be treated as a fresh application and would not be influenced by previous application status)

  • Working hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Fees or Charges: Please note that GUSEC does not charge any fees from applicants and so please be aware of any fraudulent calls or communications asking for any fees or charges for the application

Note: Please note that the Incubation application scrutiny process takes 30-45 days and you should track your application using the tracker. preferably after 2 weeks of applying as we receive a large number of applications and spend enough time on each application so that we can extend the opportunity and support to as many entrepreneurs as eligible.
